Dear all food connoisseurs…..
Welcome to The Culinary Cloud blog! In this little corner , I will be sharing fresh, flavourful, (mostly) healthy and indulgent recipes that I love to make and eat in my real, actual, every day life. If I truly didn’t enjoy these foods, I wouldn’t share them with you or dare you to even try them. I hope that these recipes can inspire you not to be afraid of your stove or getting down and dirty in the kitchen. For my first post I will be introducing breakfast foods which are simple and exciting. Whether it’s for yourself, loved ones, or friends I can assure you it will be the start of your skills in the kitchen.

If you have dietary restrictions due to health reasons or personal (gluten-free, allergies, dairy-free, vegan/vegetarian) please feel free to shoot an email for any ideas/suggestions that we can make on any of the recipes mentioned so there are variations of the recipe for everybody! Remember to just appreciate all the good foods, and have fun with it.

Top 3 Breakfast foods!

Can breakfast food be indulgent? Yes, which is why I am listing the top 3 breakfast foods that are perfect when you are feeling a little extra but make sure you don’t eat it all the time!
#1 French Toast

Vanilla extract and cinnamon bring a richness of flavor when making French toast. Pick your favorite bread – white, Italian, French, or whole wheat and serve with some fresh fruit of your choice along with some maple syrup! This is number one on my list because it is such a great comfort food but also easy and quick to make!
#2 Classic BLT

The BLT, which I think may be the greatest sandwich ever created, it really is all about the details and respecting each individual ingredient. There is your classic, with bread, bacon and lettuce with a little bit of mayo in between, but I’m known for notoriously switching it up and adding some egg, or even avocado if I’m feeling a little extra. This is number two on my list since it is a must have on your top breakfast lists!
#3 Oatmeal!
I had to include something on the more healthy side on this list, and my choice is oatmeal! What I love about oatmeal is that it’s really quick and super easy to make. You can customize it with any of your favourite toppings, and it keeps you super full with a blast of energy to last your morning! Oatmeal is definitely a lighter breakfast and more hearty and healthy for you which is why it made it on this list!
